14-day money-back guarantee

Within 14 days of buying a licence, monthly or yearly, or of a yearly renewal, you can ask for a full refund, without giving a reason. Monthly renewals are not refunded, but you can cancel before the next one at any time. After a refund, the licence key of that period may no longer be used.

How to ask for a refund

Our orders are handled by our reseller Paddle.com, which also handles refunds. You can ask for a refund through the link in your Paddle receipt e-mail, at paddle.net, or by writing to us at [contact e-mail] with your order number. Refunds go back to the payment method you used, normally within 5–10 working days.

Cancelling

You can cancel your subscription at any time, through your Paddle receipt or by writing to us. It then does not renew, and your licence works until the end of the month or year you paid for.
