This policy explains what personal data is processed when you use Genoramo and this website. The controller is [your company's legal name], [address], [contact e-mail]. We follow the Serbian Law on Personal Data Protection and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

1. The genograms you make

Genoramo keeps everything you enter (people, relationships, health and other information, notes and photos) only on your computer: in Genoramo's own data folder, its automatic backup copies, and files you choose to save. We never receive this information, and Genoramo does not send it anywhere. You decide what you enter and who you share your files with; for your clients' data you are the controller.

2. What Genoramo itself sends

• Licence: Genoramo checks licence keys on your computer. The key and the trial's dates are kept on your computer only.
• Updates: Genoramo may ask our website whether a newer version exists. This request contains nothing about you or your genograms, only the usual technical data of any web request (such as your IP address), which our web host may log briefly.

Genoramo contains no advertising, analytics or tracking.

3. Buying a licence

Purchases are handled by Paddle.com, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle processes your name, e-mail address, billing address and payment details to complete the order, collect taxes and prevent fraud, under Paddle's privacy policy. We receive from Paddle your name, e-mail address, country and order details, so that we can send your licence key, answer your questions and keep the records the law requires. We keep these records for as long as the law on accounting requires (in Serbia, generally 10 years for documents of this kind).

4. E-mail

When you write to us, we use your message and address to answer you. We do not send newsletters or advertising unless you have asked for them.

5. This website

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics. Our web host may keep technical logs (such as IP addresses) for a short time for security.

6. Your rights

You may ask us for access to, correction or deletion of the personal data we hold about you, for its restriction or transfer, and you may object to its processing. Write to [contact e-mail]. You may also complain to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection of the Republic of Serbia (poverenik.rs) or to the data protection authority of your country.

7. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version on this page with its date.
