These terms apply to Genoramo, a program for drawing genograms and family trees (the "Software"), made by [your company's legal name], [registered address, Serbia], company number [matični broj / PIB] ("we", "us"). By downloading, installing or using the Software you agree to them.

1. Who sells the licence

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms apply to the purchase.

2. The free trial

You may use the Software free of charge for 30 days from its first use on a computer, to evaluate it. During the trial, printouts, PDFs, reports and exported images carry a "trial version" mark, and some exports (GEDCOM and spreadsheets) are not available. After the trial, a licence key is needed to go on using the Software.

3. The licence

A licence is a monthly or yearly subscription to one edition of the Software (Family tree or Genogram). It lets one person, or one practice, use that edition on up to 2 computers for the paid period. The licence key we send you works until the last day of that period; each time the subscription renews, you receive a new key. You may not share, resell or publish your licence key, or use the Software on more computers than your licence allows.

The Software is licensed, not sold. You may not copy (beyond normal installation and backups), modify, decompile or reverse engineer it, or remove or work around its licence checks, except where the law allows this despite these terms.

4. Your data

The Software keeps the genograms and all other information you enter on your own computer, and in files you choose to save. It does not send this information to us or to anyone else. You are responsible for your data, for keeping backups, and for protecting the computers you use (for example with a password and disk encryption), as the law on data protection and your professional obligations require. 5. Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel your subscription at any time; it then ends at the end of the paid period. Refunds are described in our refund policy.

6. Updates and support

During your subscription you may install all updates of the Software that we publish. We answer questions by e-mail at [contact e-mail], normally within two working days.

7. Warranty and liability

We make the Software with care, but it is provided "as is", without warranties beyond those the law requires. The Software is a drawing and documentation tool; it does not give clinical, legal or genealogical advice. To the extent the law allows, our liability for any damage arising from the Software is limited to the amount you paid for your licence in the 12 months before the damage occurred. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer.

8. Changes to these terms

We may change these terms for future versions and renewals. We will publish the changes on this page; the terms in force when you bought or renewed apply to that period.

9. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Serbia. Disputes are decided by the competent court in [city], unless the law of your country of residence gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to your own courts.
